This has not been the greatest week for a meal plan. I was out of town for the weekend so we have been creating dinner on the fly.
Monday- HyVee chinese
Tuesday- pork chops and rice
So I plan to try to plan for the next 12 days so we can get back on track to better eating and less stress.
Wednesday- Soba Noodle Stir-Fry
Thursday- Red beans and rice
Friday-Jennie-O turkey burgers with fries and corn
Breakfast: blueberry muffins
Lunch: cheese pizza
Dinner: Southwestern Quinoa Casserole
Breakfast: eggs, turkey bacon, and toast
Lunch: easy meatless manicotti from the ultimate Kid-Approved cookbook
Dinner: chicken parmesan with spaghetti noodles and broccoli
Monday- easy egg rolls
Wednesday- husband cooks
Thursday- Chicken Teriyaki Sandwiches with carrots and celery
Friday- tilapia with rice and Brussels sprouts
Breakfast: whole grain waffles
Lunch: grilled cheese and tomato soup
Dinner: crock pot sesame chicken with rice and side salad
Breakfast: cinamin roll cake
Lunch: baked mac and cheese with broccoli
Dinner: sloppy joes with zucchini and corn on the side
