1 1/2-2 lb of pork loin back ribs
12 oz can of beer or cola
1 tsp season all seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
1. Cut ribs into 4 serving size pieces and place in a gallon size plastic storage bag. Pour cola and marinate for at least 1 1/2 hours, shifting occasionally.
2. Take ribs out of storage bag and discard the cola. Season the ribs with the seasoned salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 325 F and tightly cover with foil in a baking pan for 1 hour.
3. Preheat the grill and then grill directly over medium heat 5-8 minutes on each side while brushing on the BBQ sauce while cooking.
