Tuesday started a lot of very good sales on meat so I was able to stock up my freezer again. I still need to go get some pork chops, but so far I have boneless skinless chicken breast, pork loin, pork spare ribs, and hamburger. I tried to get enough of each to last the next 2-4 weeks. Here is what this weeks meal plan looks like:
Monday- Hawaiian Pork Spare Ribs
Wednesday- Pork tacos
Friday- Italian grilled chicken
