As part of organizing my life I wanted to make an list of easy fall back menu:
Breakfast:
rotate between cereal, frozen waffles, toast with PB & J, oatmeal
Lunch:
leftovers
sandwich (tuna, lunch meat, or PB&J) with canned or fresh fruit
Parmesan pasta with broccoli
mac and cheese
chicken cheese Quesadilla with salsa
frozen pizza
chicken nugget with fries
Dinner:
grilled cheese with tomato soup
chicken Alfredo (see #7) with baked beans
Sausage Stroganoff
ranch chicken legs and potatoes
tuna melts with carrots
pork tacos
Cajun Alfredo skillet
