Monday- grilled chicken, scalloped potatoes
Tuesday- spaghetti and garlic bread
Wednesday- fish sticks and fries
Thursday-mac and cheese
Friday- taco cups
Saturday- cheez fried chicken
Sunday- taco quesadillas (I'm using ground turkey and my quesadilla maker!)
So I had finals last week and skipped meal planning. I'm not taking classes this summer so hopefully things will go smoother in the house since I have more time and less to worry about, but don't count on it.
