100-200 Calorie Snacks

Here are some low calorie snacks that were listed in the Fareway online ad for the week of Jan 17th

>1 tablespoon of peanut butter on a medium apple
>1 cup of tomato soup with 5 whole grain crackers
>1 container of low fat or fat free yogurt with 14 almonds
>mixed veggies with 1/4 cup hummus
>3 cups of air popped popcorn sprinkled with 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
>2 tablespoons of raisins, 14 almonds, and 1/4 cup of Honey Bunches of Oat Just Bunches Cinnamon
