This week we will be having:
Monday- homemade spaghetti sauce with ground beef and whole wheat noodles; (I'm going to make spaghetti squash noodles to have with the sauce)
Tuesday- steak tacos, and I will have a steak salad
Wednesday- broccoli with italian sausage
Thursday- chicken salad
Friday- Roast chicken leg quarters and cucumbers
Saturday-
Breakfast: eggs and bacon
Lunch: roast chicken with brussel sprouts
Dinner: pork loin (pork rinds crushed to sub for bread crumbs) and cauliflower mash
Sunday-
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and broccoli
Dinner: oven baked ribs with twice baked cali totes
