Advocare 24 Day Challenge - Day 10

FOOD AND ADVOCARE

1/2 hr before Breakfast: water with half Spark packet and Probiotic Restore
Breakfast:  Fiber Drink 2 cooked eggs, half avocado and salsa (last of my avocado from costco, they don't last long :o( .
1/2 hr before Lunch: water with other half of Spark packet
Lunch: chicken salad with Walden Farms Ranch and unsalted sesame seeds
Dinner: turkey and potato (plain) 2 Omega Plex Pills
Snacks: almonds and banana; cutie

I'm learning to eat to live, not live to eat. I was at the grocery store and saw the pretzels with pb and chocolate and was going to get them for after the challenge. I though why tempt my self to go right back to my own ways, and I didn't buy them. Yeah me!
