Advocare 24 Day Challenge - Day 13

FOOD AND ADVOCARE

1/2 hr before Breakfast: water with half Spark packet and Pill packet marked for before breakfast
Breakfast:  Advocare Shake with pill packet marked with breakfast
1/2 hr before Lunch: water with other half of Spark packet and pill packet marked before lunch
Lunch: turkey salad, unsalted sunflower and french walden farms dressing; pill packet marked with lunch
 Dinner: turkey salad, carrots, french walden farms dressing; 2 Omega Plex Pills
Snack: almonds (ran out of bananas)

I mixed my breakfast shake with unsweetened coconut milk and it made it a really thick shake. My sister mixes hers with Almond milk.
