Remember, no weighing in today. Your weight can fluctuate day to day, so try to stay off the scale if you like to weigh yourself a lot like I do.
Food and Advocare Products
30 min before Breakfast: SparkBreakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs with the fiber drink
Lunch: lettuce with chicken, ranch dressing, and topped with unsalted sunflower seeds
Dinner: 2 OmegaPlex pills; 4 oz Cod fish with lemon pepper, steamed asparagus, half of a sweet potatoes
Snacks: cutie, half banana
Before bed take Herbal Cleanse: 3 pills (I forgot on Day 1 so I will do it in the future.)
