30 Min before Breakfast, upon waking: 2 Probiotic pills in the pack (in same box as the fiber drink)
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Spark ( I was going to try it in the afternoon since I always have a slump. With high blood pressure I don't want to take it twice a day. My husband woke me up at 1:30am while he was getting ready for work so I took it about 9 am. I was told they like you to take it in the morning to jump start metabolism, but it is your choice.)

Dinner: 2 OmegaPlex pills, 4oz tuna in water mixed with 1 whole advocado
Snacks: banana and almonds; gala apple; natural PB and unsalted rice cake
Before Bed: 3 Herbal Cleanse caplets
