Food and Advocare
My blood pressure has been really high. I took my Spark as soon as I got up this morning and I felt full of energy, but I felt my heart rate was also very high. I did take my blood pressure tonight and it is down to normal levels. I have a doctors appointment coming up, so we will see how it goes. I don't think I will take my Spark that morning. I was advised that most people's doctors allow them to do the 24 day challenge and it could be the holidays and all the pressure I am putting on myself to lose weight that is causing the rise.
